Hotel Central Continental Interlaken, Interlaken

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I had initially was very spacious and beautifully decorated, but it had a column in the middle and a door that couldn't close properly. After sharing my concern with the staff, they promptly moved me to a better triple room with a nice outdoor view. The atmosphere was improved, and I had a lovely terrace with a spectacular view. The location was really good, quite central and close to everything, but the service felt somewhat indifferent at times.

However, cleanliness was an issue with many small flies present, and the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. The service was a mixed bag, with friendly and accommodating staff but a lack of warmth during check-in. The hotel's location near Interlaken West Train station and with a lovely view of the river was fantastic. The dining experience varied from exceptional to disappointing, with standout moments of excellence and low points in the buffet quality. Overall, a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.

The hotel offers spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with three windows that showcase stunning views of the mountains and rivers, all at a nice price. The balcony overlooking the river and mountains provides a perfect spot to relax after a long day, although it could be even more exceptional for the price paid.

The hotel is conveniently located near Interlaken West train station, providing easy access to transportation. The rooms exceeded our expectations with spacious interiors and beautiful views of the mountains and rivers, all at a reasonable price. However, some language barriers with staff were encountered during our stay.

The hotel offers great views and is a good choice for all guests. However, there was a slight smell in the room, and the lack of air conditioning was a downside. The service was exceptional, especially Jessica who was very helpful.
